Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, but there were disruptive noises from young guests. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's perfect location made it easy to explore the city, but there were some noisy disturbances early in the morning. The dining experience was pleasant, although not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and spotless, making it perfect for my family of 4. The service was excellent, with helpful staff making arrangements and providing directions effortlessly. The location was ideal, close to all main attractions and easy access to transportation. The dining experience was subpar, but the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel was superb, offering large and immaculately clean rooms that were both comfortable and inviting. While it could benefit from small additions like a coffee machine, overall, it was a great stay.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though spacious with a full-sized bathroom and packed with all the little extras for a pleasant stay, appeared tired. On the bright side, the welcoming service made my boys happy, and the location was ideal for both my travel needs and a five-star Boston experience. The dining experience fell short in terms of timeliness and quality, but I look forward to returning to The Lenox. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were spotless and very comfortable, albeit a bit small. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, near key attractions but with some noise disturbances. The dining options were good but not exceptional. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were amazingly wonderfully clean and beautifully appointed, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect, surrounded by great dining options and within easy reach of attractions. The dining experience was a bit below par, but it didn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience.
The hotel rooms are oversized and beautifully decorated, priced appropriately for the quality. They were ready upon my arrival, very comfortable, and filled with all the little extras that enhance a hotel stay. The complimentary tea, coffee, and water each day were a very nice touch. The service was memorable as the staff remembered my family from years ago, welcomed us daily, and were highly accommodating. The location is fantastic, a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The dining experience was alright but not at the level expected for the hotel's quality. Overall, a stay filled with positives and a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers luxurious and beautifully appointed rooms with great amenities that are spacious, comfortable for multiple guests, and free of noise issues. The service is extremely accommodating and courteous, enhancing the guest's stay. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing, offering a fantastic experience. The dining options are expansive, but the quality can be lacking at times. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely view of Phili's skyline from my room for no extra charge. The room itself was amazing; a very comfortable king-size bed, fireplace, couch, and desk exceeded my expectations.
The hotel location is fantastic, close to Newbury Street with great dining options and convenient access to popular attractions. The rooms were comfortable, though the bathrooms needed more attention. The cooling system could be quicker, and the rooms felt a bit cramped for my liking.
